For all packages with a shipping number, if you choose to return the package please email me and I will send you a return slip. If anything is damaged during transit or when you receive your package, we will send you a replacement after proof of the damage has been shown.
Returns are applicable within 24 hours of receiving the package. If any of these products are damaged during transit, please feel free to contact me about it and we'll discuss from there. My contact info is already included in the envelope for easy access to me.
*for original pieces and clay items, they are non-refundable due to being unique BUT exchanges are available if undamaged!
